They are
manufactured starting from aluminium tablets which are extruded until obtaining
cylinders. Cylinders cleaned from all extrusion residues are first painted
inside with spray equipment using epoxy phenol coating.
The
following step is the enamelling of the outer side using Polyester basecoats.
At this
stage the cans are printed with offset inks .When coming out from the printer
oven, cans are coated with an overprint varnish.
After about
18 passages necking process is finished, cans packed and forwarded to
manufacturers to be filled.
